A group of students from Westfields Sports High School have been involved in a Young Achiever Australia business
program.
The program involves the students creating and running their own business complete with general managers, secretaries and
marketing managers.
The business, called Booya, specialises in hand soap, and gel and wax candles. It will try to sell its wares to friends and family.
Booya even has a stall in the school grounds.
The group of 17 students was formed on June 18 and have advisers within the school who they can call on for advise.
The business had to organise

shareholders and capital, as well as having to manage their profits.
It is all part of the program, and all profits will be paid to shareholders upon liquidation on October 31.
"The other schools will be selling some good products as well so we don't know how we will go," said business secretary
Nathan Blatch.
The group's main goal is to win the e-commerce award for their business at the virgin Trade Fair.
