STAGE three work of Westfields Sports High School's $670,000 upgrade has been completed.
The work included the building of three technology and applied studies spaces, two general learning spaces, a seminar room,
a project store, a wood technology bay and a dust extraction.
"I am extremely pleased to announce the renovation work of stage three - phase one has been completed," Fairfield State Labor
MP Joe Tripodi said.
"It is excellent news for the Westfields Sports High School community.
"Westfields Sports High School has an outstanding record of sporting and academic excellence, with schools based on this
model being established throughout Australia and in Europe and Asia.
"The new classrooms will provide an excellent learning environment for the students.
"Westfields Sports High School is the second largest school in the state, with more than 1600 students. I know that staff
and students will benefit greatly from the facilities provided in all stages of this upgrade."
