US COLLEGE ENTRY – 2007
Students considering applying to a US College for a sports scholarship next year should contact Mr Blevin this week. A
company offering a resume service needed for applications is coming to the school next week and students considering
applying may want to meet with them.
ICARUS COLLEGE UMAT PREPARATION
This College runs a course that prepares students to sit the UMAT Test which is a pre-requisite for students wishing to
apply for medicine degrees. Information on 1800996659 or at

BILLY BLUE SCHOOL DAY IN THE LIFE
The school offers students the chance to spend a simulated day working as a Designer or Hotel Manager. The day cost $80 and
the college is located at North Sydney. The designer days run on 3 June, 29 July, 26 August, 23 September and 11 November.
The Hotel Manager days run on 27 May, 22 July, 26 August, 23 September and 11 November. Application forms are available
from the careers office.
AMEPP UMAT PREPARATION PROGRAM
This organisation runs a course and supplies materials to help students prepare for the UMAT exam. The course runs for 2
days at the University of NSW in the July holidays and costs $395 and the book available for students who cannot attend the
seminar costs $285. More details from the careers office.
