Contributions
Its only with the help of others that a web site for a school, club or organisation
can be made interesting. I would like to think we can make Westfields Sports web site
just that, interesting for students, teachers, coaches and visitors from around the World.
With the wealth of talent in students and teachers this site will have people coming back time
and again to see what is happening or what has happened, it is our desire to keep it updated with
coming events as well as results of those events.
My thanks to Mrs Helen Wilson and Mr Dan Suchy for their contributions.
People
Mr Noel Clarke has been the Westfields Sports webmaster for the last 8 years. He has brought
energy and innovation to the web pages. Mr Clarke has refashioned the many pages and continually
seeks to showcase the efforts, excellence and achievements of the Westfields family. From its
humble beginnings with support from Mr J Chappell, Mr P Lambe, Mr B Daly & from 2006 Mrs Colleen Ott,
the sight now boasts in excess of 170,000 hits, and over 950 pages with regular contributions
from a number of dedicated staff.
 In July 2001 the site received a "2001-2002 Golden Globe Award".
In September 2001 we transferred to our own domain name - http://www.westfieldsports.nsw.edu.com
In February 2003 received "2003-2004 Golden Globe Award".

Counters
I like the Link Exchange Fast counters. They count everytime the
site is accessed, its a quick and easy way of getting a feel for the traffic to
your site.
They give you stats weekly or monthly and in that mail they give
you the last months data too so you get an idea of trends.
The best feature though is how easy it is to set them up and that
they are so small and FAST!!!!!!
