complete a beam dismount. "This is the most difficult move in the world and only top athletes can perfect it."
Chinese-born Song knows how difficult and dangerous this move is to a gymnast if it isn't completed properly.
He was the unisputed champion of the world many years ago.
This move was one he commonly used to impress the the international Olympic men's

De Vita followed up with a near perfect floor routine. For this performance she's now ranked number two in the state.
The pair's performance at the NSW championships has gained them a place in the national finals in Melbourne on Friday and Sunday.
This is a dream come true according to De Vista.
"I feel really good because it has taken me nearly seven years to get this far," De Vita said.
"It is going to be interesting what new techniques we will have to learn this year. "Every four years after an Olympic games the governing body change the point scoring system.
It is getting more difficult to score in gymnastic routines because the code appears harder every time they change it.
Hockey agreed with
De Vita.
"Under the new code, you don't know how the new point scoring system will rate the routines you'te familiar with," Hockey said.
"Your old routines may not be considered very difficult anymore, this will leave you with a low score if you do them in competition.
"Though you can't worry about that stuff, you just have to go
out there and plan for a clean competition and land every routine." Coach Wen Song said he had faith in the girls because the pair was exceptionally talented.
"Over the past five months the pair have improved more than 70 per cent because they are much more focused on their training," Song said.
"My best example of this is with Kayla, she
can gymnastics judges.
"Teaching the girls the right techniques is everything because a major injury like a broken arm will end their career," Song said.
Sond admitted this was why the gym had such a good track record - it has had no serious injuries in the six years it has been open.
