Rising star: Kris Keating is the latest Cabramatta junior to make his debut for the Parramatta Eels. The 19-year-old was
involved in the tackle which saw the Sea Eagles' Michael Bani stretchered from the field.

EELS stars Jarryd Hayne, Krisnan Inu, Matt and Kris Keating all have one thing in common they are products of the
Cabramatta rugby league nursery.
Cabramatta Two Blues has produced exceptional young talent over the years, including the fiery 19-year-old Kris Keating.
The younger of the Keating brothers, Kris, made his debut for the Parramatta Eels last Friday night, coming off the bench
against the Manly Sea Eagles in the unfamiliar position of hooker.
Keating has grown through the Eels development system,
earning a reputation as one of the most gifted halves in the
club.
NRL coach Michael Hagan said he believed the former Australian Schoolboy was ready to be elevated to first grade.
``I said at the season launch it wouldn't be long before we saw Kris in first grade and he's proven me right,''
Hagan said.
``He's a versatile player whose skills mean he can play hooker or in the halves equally well.''
The recent void in the halves left by the departure of half-back Tim Smith leaves Michael Hagan with an important
decision to make: Either stick with the combination of Feleti Mateo and Brett Finch or, the alternative, give Keating a
chance in the number six jersey outside the experienced Finch.
With thanks
