THE 18-strong Olyroos team for the 2008 Beijing Olympics includes ex-Westfields Sports High students Mark Bridge and Trent
McClenahan.
Bridge joined Sydney FC from the Newcastle Jets in the off-season and will be a key to his side's success.
McClenahan, 23, is a defender with English club Hereford United while Melbourne Victory's Archie Thompson is a former
Marconi Stallion striker.
He is one of three over-age players in the squad.
The Olyroos will miss the opening ceremony in Beijing because their opening match against Serbia in Shanghai is on
August 7.
