We are very proud of two senior Westfield Sports players who have been accepted to the AIS in Canberra for Football.
Commencing on the 4th January, 2006; Evan Berger of Camden, who has been with the Westfield Sports Football program for six years and Nathan Burns of Blayney, who has been with the Westfields Sports Football program for two years; will start the next stage of their development in their football careers.
Both boys have had an amazing year at Westfields Sports being part of the winning Puma Cup team, the NSW All Schools Challenge Soccer Cup winning team and the Australian Schoolboys team.
Nathan Burns also had the honour of representing Australia in the U17’s Joey’s World Cup in Peru, scoring Australia’s only goal.
The boy’s are extremely excited about the new challenges ahead. All at Westfields Sports wish them continued success.
